Fraser D. Latta

Fraser D. Latta has been a member of the Board of Directors of Menu Foods GenPar Limited (administrator of the Fund) since July 2002. Mr. Latta is a private investor and prior to September 2001, he was Vice-Chairman of Cott Corporation. He is a graduate of the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Latta is an independent Director and is a member of both the Audit Committee and the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committee.
