Douglas F. Haslam

Douglas F. Haslam has been a member of the Board of Directors of Menu Foods GenPar Limited (administrator of the Fund) since July 2002. Mr. Haslam is a private investor and from 1990 to 1998 he was the Chief Financial Officer of Menu Foods. He received his Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and earned an MBA at The University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Haslam is not an independent Director.
